The first Carnival of the Mobilists of 2008 is up at Mobile Point View. The year begins with a very robust Carnival with many contributed articles offering a strong starting point for what will - no doubt - be another landmark 12 months for the mobile industry.

The day before the North Carolina State Fair opened in Raleigh the door was open to preview the midway for 2009. The rain and cold didn’t slow down workers putting the final touches on everything from rides to ensuring enough oil was on hand for frying pickles, candy bars, Oreos and even apple pie.
Even the State Fair and those who cover it are making use of mobile technologies for convenience and function. I hope you enjoy the show!

Happy new year Debi, I hope this one brings you plenty of positive experiences to help put last year to rest. What better way to start the year than a Carnival!
Maybe we can put Sethi in a cage and let people pay to throw peanuts at him. After all, he does seem to like a good ol’ circus…
