It says that SIM cards are good for consumers. It also says that the consumer benefit of Sprint's cardless SIM isn't as clear. Sprint doesn't use BREW for applications and content delivery. They still use Java for those services. However, they do employ UiOne for themes which is why they were part of the conference. Perhaps, that's more clear.
